Nuvora Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a Nuvora product purchased directly from drinknuvora.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we'll make it right in one of three ways: sending you a replacement, letting you try a different flavor, or issuing a full refund.
To be eligible, simply reach out to our team within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. You don't need to return anything. Just contact us, let us know what happened, and we'll take care of you.
To submit a guarantee request, email us at mattgeis@drinknuvora.com with your order number and the reason you're unsatisfied. You may be asked to provide a photo of the product or packaging to help us improve.
A Few Things to Know:
- One guarantee per person. The Nuvora Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one request per customer.
- Direct purchases only. The guarantee applies to orders placed at drinknuvora.com. Because we can't control the quality or handling of products sold by unauthorized third-party sellers, the guarantee does not extend to those purchases.
- United States only. The Nuvora Satisfaction Guarantee is available to original consumer purchasers in the United States.
- No physical return required. We don't ask you to ship anything back. Once we've confirmed your request, we'll process your replacement, flavor swap, or refund directly.
What We Don't Cover
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
- Wholesale or bulk orders
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after fulfillment
